The Barrett late style double deck cattle trailer with walkway and
ladder rungs installed.
Barrett Trailer opened their doors in 1973 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
to produce custom designed livestock trailers for the trucking industry.
Based on sound engineering and customer driven flexibility, Barrett
has become one of the leaders in the field of over the road livestock
trailer manufacturing. Our model is based on their popular Eagle
design introduced in 1989. These trailers are used in transporting
cattle, sheep, and hogs from farms and feedlots to other farms, feedlots,
and, ultimately, processing plants.
We offer several different versions of the Barrett trailer. One version
(our 4105) represents the original trailer that had two hand holes
per vertical panel. This pattern is still offered today but is not
as common on new orders as the four hand hole design (our 4205).
Each of these represent a double deck trailer used primarily for transporting
cattle.
We also offer a triple deck version used for hauling hogs and sheep.
Offered as an early design with three hand holes (4305) or late
style with four hand holes (4405).
